1 Bedroom House in Cashmere
Take a break and unwind at my peaceful house! It is a shared house with myself, my son (on occasions) and perhaps other guests. You also share the space with 2 small dogs who will roll over and want their bellies rubbed or want to sit on your knee. Please remember if you don't want them all over you just tell them no. They do drop hair!
You will need a car as there is no public transport near and to utilise shared transport (Uber or Taxi for example) will be quite costly.
Here on pleasure? Short drives to Australia Zoo, beaches, mountain drives, quaint villages, the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane city. All are within an hours drive! We are really in an ideal spot to base yourself.
Here on business? My house is quiet and you will be able to unwind after a busy day of meetings or conferences. Plug in to the free wifi and catch up on emails or unwind with a movie from Netflix with a TV & chromecast in your room.
Here for sport? If its personal, I'm close to Southpine Sporting Complex, or to watch football or cricket Suncorp & the Gabba are about a 30-40 minute drive.
Cashmere is a leafy quiet suburb and the area really invites you to just sit and take it all in. The large balcony has a comfy lounge (sorry, my dogs may think your lap is for the taking), which you can enjoy a morning coffee, or a large outdoor table to enjoy your dinner in the evening.
All major supermarkets are located quite close and there are larger shopping centres not too far away. But we do have a small supermarket only a kilometre away too.
I invite you to bring your own food as full kitchen facilities are available to you (except for my Thermomix). You are welcome to use all of my condiments. I do have some tea and coffee supplies, but as everyone is different, you may prefer to bring your own.
Toiletries except toilet paper you will need to supply also.
