1 Bedroom Cottage in Lithgow
We are located a couple of hundred metres from Lithgow Train station and Main Street, in a quiet part of town close to parks and the Farmers Creek Walk. The quarters are original to our 100 year old house but have been recently renovated. They are not glamorous, but clean, warm (or cool) and fully functional to eat in. Looking onto a garden and accessed by a private gate, the quarters include a covered outdoor area and table, plus an uncovered wooden deck for taking in the sun.
Please note:
Our guest quarters are attached to the back of our house. In the photos you will see that our back door is a few metres down the covered walkway. For privacy we have two lattice screens that we put across this walkway. It's important to us that you understand the position of the guest quarters relative to the house as we want our guests to arrive fully informed, with no surprises. None of our living spaces look onto the guest quarters or the yard, but the yard is shared with us, though we will keep out of your way during your stay. Our ricketty old pointer "Allie" will only be allowed into the yard at night through her dog door, otherwise you won't see her unless you are a dog person. She is gentle and respectful.
