This brand new home has been freshly styled throughout, giving it a family-friendly homely feel. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities along with easy parking.
The unit is set in an apartment complex and a convenient location in Clayton. The combined bathroom/laundry features a shower, washing machine and laundry.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
