One is the lounge area to sit back & watch the sun set on the day & the other is the undercover dining area, where you can cook up a feast on the Weber bbq of locally caught seafood.
There is ample parking for cars, boats & mountain bikes! If you're a keen fisher person St. Helens is THE best place to indulge & there's plenty of space back at home to hose off your boat once done. Or if mountain biking is more your thing, St. Helens has plenty of mountain bike trails to explore, with the new trail opening in November. You'll be able to ride Blue Tier to the Blue Sea! There's a lockable secure, garage to store bikes, fishing & beach gear.
The home is very comfortable & caters for all your home away from home requirements. The downstairs area has two bedrooms, with a queen size bed & double bed & both with loads of wardrobe space. There's also the laundry & two bathrooms on this level too. Upstairs there's the open plan kitchen, dining, living area that opens out on to that wonderful deck. A third bathroom & the master bedroom withit's own private balcony, which is just the spot to escape for that morning quiet coffee, before the days adventures begin! There's also a second separate living area, with Netflix enabled tv & sofa bed - perfect for the kids to have their own space.
