This modern studio is on a secure upper floor. It contains one queen size bed with side tables, two lounge chairs, a small dining table/desk, a coffee table, TV, wardrobe, kitchenette with fridge, microwave oven, toaster & kettle, iron & ironing board and full bathroom with bath. It’s carpeted and very comfortable with air conditioning and a compact, North facing balcony offering fresh air & natural light.
This apartment doesn’t open onto either of the nearby busy streets so is quiet and private.
It’s reached via lift only accessible to guests with security access to this floor.
Washing machines and dryers are in the basement of the building . Washers & dryers use $10 coins or tokens.
