The front yard is occupied most days by the local kangaroos, kookaburras and echidnas. Conveniently positioned, you are just minutes’ walk from the lake, beach, shops, cafe and the local Bowling Club.
Lake Conjola's calm waterways are perfect for swimming, fishing, water skiing, boating, kayaking and snorkelling. Even better, Pattimore's Lagoon is located across the road attracting plenty of bird life including black swans and produces some great fishing activity and school prawns. Launch your boat at any of the boat ramps close by. Stand up paddle boards, kayaks and boats can be hired at the local general store.
Just beyond the entrance you will find the famous Green Island, one of Australia's best surf spots. A little further around the corner is Buckley's Beach, popular for beach and rock fishing.
If you are planning a stay over the cooler months you might enjoy the many bush walking tracks through the National Parks, a game of tennis or take some games to the sporting oval. You will be kept warm at night with gas heating or air conditioning and stream your favourite shows.
