Rackers Retreat is a comfortable 2 bedroom "home away from home" beach house on the beachfront with stunning views of Hardwicke Bay. Can accommodate up to 4 guests (say ... 2 couples or 2 adults and 2 children) - main bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed with bunk suitable for a child. Just need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels and toiletries. Toilet paper, tea towels, dishwashing supplies, tea, coffee and sugar for your use also provided.
Also has a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) open dining area and lounge with TV, DVD and stereo. Laundry with washing machine. Reverse cycle airconditioning in lounge area, ceiling fan in main bedroom and tower fan for second bedroom.. BBQ, fish cleaning facilities. room for boat and undercover parking.
Take in the views of Hardwicke Bay, stunning sunrises, while relaxing on the front balcony.
Excellent fishing and for your convenience there is a boat ramp or fishing off the jetty.
Do a bit of 4-wheel driving around to Flaherty's Beach or take in the magnificent Innes National Park a few kilometres away.
Point Turton also has a Tavern for a cold beer or two, coffees and meals.
There is also the General Store for fuel, takeaways, groceries, fishing supplies and bait, home made pies, pasties, cakes and their well known "Witchety Grubs".
