Raffaele’s Studio is one of the most luxurious brand-new holiday homes the region has to offer. A stunning rural retreat in Flutes Estate Wilyabrup, in the heart of Brookland Valley and the very impressive wine region of Margaret River.
Designed by local architect Ingrid Spelman, this elegant and spacious studio offers wonderful accommodation bringing a truly unique abode with that rural feel and all the creature comforts you would expect within today’s lifestyle.
It is set on natural bushland encapsulating the beautiful peppermint trees and bird habitats. The property has commanding views over the bushland with a running creek that flows into the Brookland Valley – a stunning and unique part of the region.
Raffaele’s Studio is available midweek from Tuesday to Thursday, accommodating up to 4 guests (3 night minimum). The studio comprises of a king bed (singles on request) with a smart flat screen TV, open ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating, spa bath and rain shower. The living area has a smart flat screen TV with reverse cycle air-conditioning, a queen sofa bed with memory foam, inclusive of a kitchenette with sink, large fridge, induction hot plate and microwave inverter convection oven. The living also extends out to a deck area with views over the natural bushland and landscaped areas.
The studio has its own keyless entrance and closed off from the main house for your own privacy.
The house is 15 minutes’ drive to the Margaret River township or 10 minutes to the beautiful beach at Gracetown. A very special place for those wanting to enjoy a luxurious country retreat with close driving access to beaches, wineries and restaurants.
Linen and towels are provided and laundered. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.
Raffaele’s Studio is designed for couples and family and friends to come together to create new and fond memories we hope you have a wonderful experience and look forward to see you again in the future. The home is not a suitable venue for functions, parties or to be used for large social gatherings. Holidays Margaret River does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.
