There are three bedrooms, each with queen beds, plus a fold-out sofa-bed in the larger bedroom downstairs, which is set up more like a self-contained flat as there's even an extra fridge. There are bathrooms on each floor, plus full laundry with washer and dryer, a great kitchen stacked with all the appliances and crockery you'll need to feed the family, including automatic coffee maker with grinder, dishwasher and microwave, or you can make use of the large gas barbeque. For dining, there's the table in the kitchen area or the outdoor table on the front deck.
For parking, there is a carport for one car, plus extra parking on the driveway or plenty of space in front of the house.
Of course this wonderful location means that it's not only the beach that's a 5 minute walk away, with Copacabana's cafes, bars and local shops all also just around the corner, as well the local skate park and tennis court.
