It is an affordable, comfortable, rustic cottage that still has many of its original features including the kitchen and bathroom. The house is pet friendly with a fully fenced front and back yard. Redwood Cottage is available for holiday or permanent rentals.
Where will I be?
Redwood Cottage is within easy driving distance of Bowral town, Moss Vale, and all wineries, wedding venues and other local attractions. The local pony club grounds and the beautiful Burradoo Park are an easy walk from the house and highly recommended.

How is the property laid out?
Redwood Cottage has a comfortable living room that opens onto the front verandah. There is a separate dining area and kitchen, with an original Meters stove (display only.) There are two comfortably sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a combined bathroom and laundry.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi. The Holidays Collection is committed to getting all owners to provide Wi-Fi at their property, but this is still work in progress!
What about outdoors?
The gardens at Redwood Cottage are sure to impress. The fully fenced yard is great for your pets, and the full sized front and back verandahs are ideal to sit and relax. The back verandah has a BBQ and outdoor setting to make the most of the beautiful gardens.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Redwood Cottage has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the dining room / living area,and fans in the two bedrooms. The windows and doors can also be opened up to catch any breeze. For cooler months or winter, there are oil heaters and an electric blanket in the main bedroom bedroom, as well as a gas fireplace in the living area.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen and bath towels are provided at Redwood Cottage.
Parking for cars?
There is plenty of parking on the driveway. The garage is reserved for the owners personal use.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Redwood Cottage is a pet friendly property, subject to all the normal rules of no dogs on furniture or beds, clean up your doggy mess please, and make sure your dog does not bark at night or if left alone.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
