The cottage is located next to our main residence on a fully fenced and gated 10 acre rural block, with undercover parking, fire pit, bbq area, coffee machine, outdoor laundry, and even resident friendly buffalo. We are situated only 2 minutes to a main shopping centre, 20 minutes to Darwin CBD & Mindil Beach, 10 minutes from boat ramps, and a stones throw to Litchfield and Kakadu National Parks.
Both bedrooms have queen beds with blockout curtains, a sofa bed in the lounge room, full bathroom and full kitchen, with an external washing machine and clothesline.
Guests have full private access to the entire cottage, which is air conditioned throughout.
We are an active family with young kids, friendly dogs, and quiet buffalo. Our cottage is situated next to our residence, and a small number of rural camp sites located at the back of our 10 acre property, so to keep the peace for everyone we do not permit parties.
