Our apartment is a retro shabby sheek style. We have done smaller changes in the apartment; changed the carpet to grey color (smells new carpet) and smaller upgrades in bathroom and kitchen.

Please treat our home as if it were your own. We would be very upset to have to contact a guest for disruptive behavior or any kind or any breach of our guidelines. We want to provide you with an experience unlike any other, and to help us do that, we kindly ask you to follow the additional rules below. House rules!
-Check in/Check out – Our check in time is after 3pm and our check out time 11am. Our cleaners operate on a very strict schedule, so it is very important that you check out at this time. If you wish for an earlier check in or later check out time, please notify us beforehand. There may be an additional charge for this service.
-Please see our house rules. As per the conditions in the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to follow these rules. Failure to do so may result in fines and additional charges. We must also be informed for any extra guests and visitors for liability reasons.
-The apartment has a strict no smoking policy. If we are notified by our cleaning team of any cigarette ash or odours, we will follow up with verbo/stays and issue additional cleaning fees.
-The building is home to many others, and we respect all our neighbours. Loitering in common areas or outside the building is prohibited, and there are security cameras in these areas. Please respect our neighbours as if it were your own home and keep noise to minimum in common areas after 9pm.
-We have a strict no party policy. Parties and social gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Our guest limit is a maximum of 6 persons. If you wish to have visitors, please notify us beforehand as we allow a maximum 8, including our guests, for any visitors during daytime hours. We also have a strict policy regarding noise after 9pm. There is to be no loud music past 9pm and the balcony doors must remain shut after this time to prevent noise to neighbouring apartments and the street below.
