Situated walking distance to the town centre, this 4 bedroom 1 bathroom offers a three- minute drive to the heart of Batemans Bay and opposite the marina. Only a short walk to the golf club if you fancy a round of early morning golf, or in the opposite direction see a show at the local soldiers club.
This property is newly renovated with a new kitchen and Bathroom and floors. Completely refurbished. The kitchen is well stocked ready for you to enjoy a family getaway.
The gentle afternoon sea breeze comes straight off the water near the marina. Only a short stroll to some great fishing spots along the water. A choice of excellent takeaways and cafes, supermarket, chemist and liquor store in the CBD. Watch TV, or travel to another time and place with a book. This is the ideal base for a great family holiday.
This is an older style original home with great central location.
BEDROOMS Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas, bath towels, hand towel, bath mat. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
Please bring your own beach towels.

BATHROOM/LAUNDRY The bathroom has a shower and toilet and the laundry has a washer dryer combined.
OUTDOORS There is a large paved deck area out the back with a BBQ. It has a fully fenced and grassed back yard. Enough room to park the boat in the drive ready to go to the boat ramp in 3 mins.
