This four-bedroom home is the perfect choice for a fun family vacation with friends or an intimate getaway for two.
A great place to base yourself for water fun by the Jamieson and Goulburn rivers, water sports on Lake Eildon or skiing in Mt Buller.
Take advantage of the massive back deck overlooking the rear lawn which leads all the way down to the Jamieson River. It has an ultra-spacious outdoor setting and 6-burner BBQ to make the most of the those lazy afternoons and evenings. Otherwise, you can take some drinks and marshmallows down the back steps to the fire pit (note - please check for fire ban days).
Inside, there's a spacious, open-plan living/dining area with large, comfy couches. In the winter, the wood burner will keep you toasty warm and in summer, if you re not outside enjoying the river, the reverse-cycle split system airconditioner will keep things cool.
The space can sleep up to 8 guests, bedroom 1 has a king bed and bedrooms 2 and 3 have queens. The kids bedroom has a double bed and there is also a portacot if required (the set-up and dismantle of the portacot is the responsibility of the guest).
There's something for everyone - plenty of books, DVDs, games and tubes for floating down the river!
Located in the heart of the Jamieson township, you can walk two minutes up the road to access all the towns amenities including Deb’s Jamieson Cafe, the Jamieson General Store & Newsagency and Jamieson’s Courthouse Hotel. Just a short drive away, or a 30-minute walk, is the amazing Jamieson Brewery and Grill.

Other things to note:
The property is dog-friendly and fully-fenced however if you have an industrious pet they will be able to find ways under or over some parts of the fence. The back deck is also secure so you can lock your dogs up overnight if required. Dogs are welcome inside the home but please no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms.
