A lovely raised sunny balcony at the rear of the property is perfectly situated near the kitchen and the living area so you can Bbq and eat outdoors at every opportunity on the outdoor dining table or just relax in the hammock.
More outdoor space is located under the balcony with a couch, bean chairs and fire pit with bench seating in the back yard as well as an outdoor hot and cold shower to wash the sand and salt off after a full day of fun at the beach.
The living, dining and kitchen areas are open plan and include a wood fire (set with firelighters, please keep door closed for safety) and reverse cycle air conditioning so you will be comfortable no matter what the weather has in store. A large Smart TV with Netflix, Wifi, Board Games and a basketball hoop will ensure that everyone stays entertained.
Down a small stair case you will find three bedrooms (master with ensuite) and the main bathroom with separate toilet and laundry.

A Carport is located to the side of the property which could easily fit 2 cars or a car and a boat/Jet Ski.
