This is truly a remarkable property. The living space is on the top floor to capitalise those incredible ocean views. There is a designer kitchen with stone bench tops, open plan living, timber floors throughout and a bathroom on each of the 3 levels. The living adjoins the alfresco area with views all round. As you walk in the front door you will be welcomed by a large formal entrance, there is a Queen sized bedroom and a bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a Rumpus/living area that allows access to the fenced courtyard, garage and laundry including a washing machine and dryer. There is a sofa bed in this area for the larger families to utilise, with a TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Enter the glass lift for access to the other 2x levels of the house, or for those more adventurous you can use the staircase.
As you arrive on the second level you will find 2 more bedrooms and a small seating area, perfect to relax and read a book or watch tv on the large wall mounted flat screen tv. There is also reverse cycle air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in this seating area. The second bedroom is a large queen sized bedroom with built in robes, ceiling fan and gorgeous bushland and ocean views. The third bedroom consists of 2x king single beds, built in robes and a ceiling fan. The Main bathroom is on this level, including a walk in shower and full sized bathtub.
