This newly renovated modern and totally private 2 storey eco friendly house is walking distance from the hustle bustle of Bondi but set at the end of a cul de sac where you can hear birds chirping and see the sun shining . Our beach style home makes you feel like your on holidays around the clock. Walking distance to Bondi, Bondi Beach, Rose Bay village, Rose Bay ferries, buses at the end of the street to Bondi Junction. This house is very comfortable all year round, every room has fans however they are not really needed as we have the perfect cross breeze in every room as it is an eco friendly design to match the seasons. Ideal for familys to come and stay. However we would like to request no children under 10 please. The Space: This unique house has all the comforts you can ask for whilst caring for the environment at the same time. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 play room, 1 balcony upstairs and a study, T.V room, open plan lounge dining kitchen downstairs . There are 2 sets of bedding per room, towels, beach towels for everyone. there is Netflix and Stan and free to air in both the T.V room and the master bedroom. Computer and WIFI, Large BBQ, undercover outdoor entertaining area which includes a lounge area , table and chairs. All rooms overlook a private park, if you rise early enough you can catch the sun rise right outside your bedroom. We have private access to this unique park which is very kid safe and adult friendly if you are the sporty type. Great house to relax in away from all the action as its so quiet you can almost hear a pin drop at any time of the day Guest Access: The whole house is yours to enjoy :) For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
