The second bedroom has a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom, single above) plus a single bed with trundle (total 5 persons). North facing front balcony gets sun all day and the property is across the road from the beach. Lockup garage and plenty of parking for boats.

If you do need to use the car, Pambula Village is only 3 kilometres away and also connected by a walking and bike trail, and Merimbula town centre is only 7 kilometres away, also connected with walking and biking trail, each with their own beauty and attractions.
A good choice of restaurants are available. Other services and activities the area offers are the Picture Show Twin Cinema, ten pin bowling, bike tracks, skate parks, specialty shops, supermarkets, cafes, golf clubs, bowling club, hospital and airport.
During October and November take a whale watching trip at either Merimbula or Eden and all year round, dolphin watching cruises.
Surfboards and wetsuits can be hired from the general store at Pambula Beach and bikes hired from Merimbula Surf and Cycle at Merimbula.
