The second bedroom has one bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed with trundle (total 5 persons), North facing front balcony gets sun all day and the property is opposite the beach. Lockup garage and plenty of parking for boats.

A good choice of restaurants with Merimbula boasting a one hatted restaurant -Zanzibar. Other services and activities the area offers are the Picture Show Twin Cinema, ten pin bowling, bike tracks, skate parks, specialty shops, supermarkets, cafes, golf clubs, bowling club, hospital and airport.
During October and November take a whale watching trip at either Merimbula or Eden and all year round, dolphin watching cruises.
Surfboards and wetsuits can be hired from the general store at Pambula Beach and bikes hired from Merimbula Surf and Cycle at Merimbula.
