Where We Escape welcomes you to The Saltwater House, Pool House.
The Saltwater House Pool House is a light and bright self-contained large studio only a few minutes walk from Narrawallee Beach and a short drive from Mollymook Beach and shops. The Pool House has exclusive access to the swimming pool and spa. It is a great romantic retreat for a couple’s getaway or for a few friends to relax and enjoy some downtime. The spacious poolside area has lounges, seating, umbrellas and a BBQ. The Pool House has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, modern ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and Wifi.
The Saltwater House Beach House is a separate two bedroom apartment available to rent on the same property. Beach House has its own outdoor seating with a view but does not have pool access unless the two spaces are rented in the same booking.
The Pool House is located behind the main house in a quiet, private and very desirable neighbourhood. It’s the perfect place to chill by the solar heated private pool and spa while sipping on a refreshing cocktail and cooking up a seafood feast on your BBQ. Enjoy the sound of the waves from the nearby beach, sending you to sleep in your queen size bed complete with a an abundance of pillows, cushions and quality bedding.
Make the most of the short walk to the beach and have a swim in the sea or take a walk on the unspoiled Narrawallee Beach. Be sure to pack your beach gear and hit the surf, or a picnic and head to the calm waters of Narrawallee Inlet to watch the spectacular sunset.
Water activities, surfing lessons, SUP rentals, golfing, and wineries (tours) are all within a short driving distance of your private paradise.
You can eat at famous Rick Stein's Bannisters, just a few minutes drive away or Bannisters Pavilion and Gwylo are just down the road. Have a night out in Milton one of the local pubs, brewery or wine bar, all within a short distance from your private and peaceful getaway at The Saltwater House Pool House. If you're looking for some R & R, a honeymoon destination, or just need to wind down, this is the place and we’d love to have you.
Guests access their retreat from the side of our main house. Once at their private bungalow, guests will have access to the entire pool house and all of its amenities, the pool and surrounding area.
Other things to note
Although the Pool House is essentially suitable for a couple, there is also a very comfy double sofa bed for an extra person or couple. Please note: there is an additional charge per person, please let us know if you would like to use the sofa bed when you book and we can leave extra bedding and towels accordingly.
If by chance The Pool House is booked, or you are traveling as a bigger group, please check out The Saltwater House Beach House located on the bottom floor of the main house. You'll have a two bedroom spacious holiday retreat with beautiful views of the ocean from your outdoor bar and bbq area and your bedroom windows, comfy beds, and quick access to both Narrawallee Beach and the Inlet!
Please Note -
- This property is separated into 3 different apartments. The Pool House & Beach House are available to rent separately or together and the property owners use the 3rd apartment from time to time. There may be other guests present during your stay, however all areas are private.
- This property has a strict no pet policy.
- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
