The space: From the moment you arrive, you feel an immediate sense of relaxation. A sparkling pool, bali hut, large table and amazing outdoor fireplace/pizza oven. The front yard provides the perfect spot for kids to play while you relax on the deck. On the upper level, there is an open plan chefs kitchen/lounge/dining with a side balcony overlooking the pool, a great place for reading the morning paper and catching the morning sun or perfect for watching the sun set. Another deck opens off the lounge and kitchen which has a day bed, family size Weber Q BBQ and a large 10 seater table.
Our beautiful home has two queen beds, two singles, a double sofa and two single foam mattresses (for smaller children only to be on the same level as mum and dad upstairs).
Take your pick of numerous outdoor entertaining areas to relax.
The two local beaches are only a minutes stroll away, Fingal Beach which is patrolled (during the summer) with beautiful white sands provides great swimming and surfing and the wonderful Dreamtime Beach is perfect for walks. The beautiful Tweed River is also a short stroll away.
Close to Coolangatta Airport (12km), Kingscliff, Gold Coast themes parks and world famous surfing destinations.
Sole use of entire house and pool. Unfortunately the pool is not heated.
Other things to note: We have unlimited NBN internet and Streaming Services.
We provide linen free of charge and will have the beds made up ready for your arrival We can also arrange hire of porta cots, high chairs or anything else you require, please just ask.
We do aim to provide some firewood for our guests, however cannot guarantee an unlimited supply for your entire stay. Feel free to bring your own or pick up from the local servo.
Our neighbours are sensitive to noise so we will not accept large groups and have a strict no party policy. We ask that our guests respect the quiet atmosphere of Fingal and keep noise to a minimum. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept pets. Due to incidents of trespassing, we now have two external security cameras, these will be turned off when guests are present.
We welcome longer term bookings if we have availability, please ask.
