With a cafe/bar, General Store, gin distillery and ocean view lookout just a 5 min walk away, and a majestic lake, wineries and rainforest hikes all within 20 mins drive, it’s the perfect escape from your busy life.
The space:
Park in the driveway and enter via the main door to your private landing and upstairs to your private hinterland retreat with a balcony at the front for the morning sun, and a large deck complete with a spa at the back, catching the afternoon sun and pink sunset skies over avocado trees and the neighbouring horse paddocks.
Your private back garden features a central fire pit lined with tall hedges and white French doors, giving it an almost Parisian feel by day, and a sheltered fire pit gathering place by night.
Inside features include high quality mattresses in both bedrooms, plush Moroccan rugs and other luxury touches. The kitchen is well appointed with a new microwave & blender and a Smeg toaster and kettle.
The third bed is the fold out Koala sofa in the living room by the fire. Extremely comfy.
The smart HD TV and Bose sound bar are high quality, as is the washing machine and dryer - available for free adjacent to the dual entry bathroom.
Catch some rays in the sun loungers with your morning coffee, and feed the native birds via the blue bath and seed tray on the balcony.
For sunsets and moon rises, we highly recommend lounging in the deluxe spa, complete with massage jets from shoulders to toes. While watching pink galahs soar overhead.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire upstairs of the home (plus downstairs landing) with your own private entrance through the main door.
There is a small hypoallergenic dog called Black Betty (Bordoodle) who is sometimes in the downstairs apartment, with someone who occasionally stays there while I’m away. She is friendly and great with kids, but can be kept away from guests if required.

I want to make your stay as comfortable and hassle-free as possible, and to achieve this, I provide several essential items for your convenience. This includes all bed linen and towels, so there's no need to pack these bulky items in your suitcase.
Moreover, you can start your mornings right with the tea and coffee provided. And in case you fancy a cozy evening by the firepit or indoor fireplace, you'll find ample firewood stocked up for your use.
