Positive: The location was great and there was plenty of room in the house and parking was good and the yard was great.

Negative: It hadn't been cleaned very well or recently before we arrived. The plumbing had issues, and it was quite dated in decor and finishes. So, in need of a refurb really. We had trouble opening the kitchen cupboards as they stuck and the windows upstairs were quite dangerous having to be held open with blocks of timber to allow ventilation. Ants all over the kitchen floor and bench and there were ants floating in the kettle, highlighting the lack of a proper clean.

Summary: Location and size of property made it a comfortable stay after we had given it a bit of a clean.
