The split-system air conditioner provides you with both cooling or heating depending on your preference, so you can enjoy the apartment all year round.

When you need to sleep, the master bedroom has a delightful king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. All have quality linen and a choice of pillows firmness.

The ensuite bathroom is for your exclusive use only and includes a large rain-head shower to relax you and quality towels to dry off on afterwards. And if you are heading out for the evening, the large and wide mirror is sure to delight so you can get ready.

Downstairs you can wander over to the pool area where you can swim or use the outdoor furniture to just relax. There are also free to use BBQ's (and you will find utensils in the kitchenette) to cook up a storm.

When you need some exercise, you can use the free tennis court (you will find racquets and balls in the wardrobe) or you can stroll for a few minutes down to the beach, Dolphin Quay or the Mandurah Foreshore for dinner and even catch a show at the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre or at Reading Cinema's.
