COVID19: We follow, to the best of our knowledge and abilities, current Health Department and WA Government enhanced cleaning and disinfecting guidelines. The property is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests. All linen and towels are washed with antibacterial agent between stays. All hard, frequently touched areas are cleaned with alcohol based products. To support good hand hygiene, we provide hand sanitisers and ample soap to our guests.
Please be advised there is an outdoor security camera overlooking carport and entrance to the house.
We can accommodate 6 guests . Linen and towels are included in the price.
SeaRose Busselton is a lovely family cottage located 3 min walking distance to a beautiful quiet beach. It is surrounded by quiet residential area of Busselton.
SeaRose is a 3 bedroom, one bathroom and separate toilet cottage. It is best suited for families, couples and professionals.
No pets, sorry.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: queen bed. Bedroom 2: queen bed. Bedroom 3: two single beds.
Beds come with full bedding and linen. Electric blankets and extra warm blankets are provided for colder months. Each room has a pedestal fan for summer.
One bath towel and one face washer per person is included in the deal. Hand towels and tea towels are provided as well.
Each bedroom has wardrobe or shelving unit for storage of guests belongings.
Master bedroom has smart TV.
Bathroom.
There is shower over bath, toiletry cabinet and hand basin. Hair drier is provided. Please bring your toiletries and beach towels.
Toilet is separate to the bathroom.
Laundry has top loader washing machine. There is washing powder, pegs, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner for your convenience. Cleaning products are provided to help you keep things under control.
Kitchen.
It is fully equipped for 6+ people. Cooking pots, plates, cutlery and utensils, glasses and so on are provided. There is an electric kettle, a toaster and a microwave. Nespresso coffee machine is for you morning fix, bring your own coffee pods (the taller types). Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper are there for your use. Hand towel and tea towel, dish-washing liquid and a sponge are provided.
There is a fridge with separate freezer.
Living room.
It is comfortable room for the family with sofa-bed, armchairs and coffee table. There is big flat screen smart TV and split system air conditioner.
Outdoor.
There is a carport that fits two cars in line.
There is a fenced big grassy backyard with outdoor table and chairs. Gas BBQ is there for your convenience.
Clothesline and outdoor shower are there to manage post beach sandy bodies and wet towels.
Local small supermarket is just 1 km away and the centre of the town with all amenities is 1.5 km away. Pleasant 15 min walk on the beach will get you to the Busselton Jetty, coffee, ice-cream and visitor centre where you can find all the information about the region.

Busselton is located about 200 km south of Perth WA. It is the favourite weekend getaway destination for Perth people as well as popular holiday place for many West Australians, Australians and overseas visitors.
Busselton is the gateway to the South West region of WA. List of attractions is endless: beaches, ocean, water activities of all sorts, gourmet dinning, wine and beer, cheese, chocolate, ice cream, fudge, caves, bush walking, whale watching, 4WDriving and many more. There is something for everyone all year round.
