Features double opening doors to the balcony and to protect you from the sun there is an electric roller shutter to give more shade to the balcony when needed. Enjoy a BBQ and watch the evening sunsets from the comfort of your outdoor furniture on the balcony.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, full sized fridge /freezer/ice maker and gas oven and cooktop.
The washing machine is also located in the kitchen area.
Master bedroom features a queen bed with BIR and the second bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has views of the CBD and Adelaide Hills.
