For the more adventurous, water sports, fishing and great surf breaks are all around the corner and the idyllic white sands of Jervis Bay less than 15 minutes away.

FAMILY FRIENDLY:
We are family friendly and provide a high chair and a porta cot (excluding linen), kids toys, beach toys, games, movies and books at no extra charge. The stairs have a gate at the top to keep kids safe.

- Recent upgraded children’s playground with picnic facilities 300m down the road
- Great for bike riding. Culburra is very flat and quiet, easy to ride down to the lake, river, lighthouse and shops.
DOGS:
Culburra beach is dog friendly with leash free periods each day. Dogs are welcomed at Seascape and permitted indoors. There is a protected, large enclosed side courtyard with high fencing and grasses area to keep your dogs safe. The ocean front lawn area has recently installed glass fencing either side to prevent dogs wandering to the neighbours houses. The cliff side access is not completely secure and dogs should not be left in this area alone. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or on bedding. Excess dog hair will result in additional cleaning fees.
ACESSIBILITY
The home has been modified to be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The lower level of the home is all on one level with a fully modified bathroom in the single bedroom including: completely flat access with no door lips or shower lips, hand held shower. Toilet and shower rails. Bench seating from shower through to drying and dressing area. Bidet.
This makes this home perfect for guests using walking frames or those with reduced mobility. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your specific needs.
PLEASE NOTE:
This home is a holiday rental, it is not a principle place of residence and there are no shared rooms. The garage and locked room are not available for guest use. Access to the rock shelf is not available for guest use.
The property is designed for couples and families, not groups of individual adults. There is a maximum of 7 adults permitted at all times. Mattresses, tents, camper vans or caravans are not permitted on the property.
Please note that this is a family managed property and not a large property management group.

Jan 2023: Our neighbours are currently renovating their home. We have a noise monitoring system and a good relationship with the site managers. We anticipate the impact on Seascape to be low. Regardless, we have adjusted our rates accordingly.
