Drive in through the gates, past the native gardens and plush grass and you'll arrive to the aptly named home Seaside Sanctuary. Seaside Sanctuary is a large oasis located in St Andrews Beach - perfect for families, this home has all you need and more. The kids will notice straightaway the sandpit swings - it is a fun filled backyard. The pool and spa easily accessed from the alfresco BBQ, dining and lounge area. For added comfort there is a pull down blind to shelter from the winds.
Come in side and the gorgeous nautical styling will delight you. On entry you'll be in the open plan area comprising of the TV/lounge room area with long dining table and chefs kitchen. Up the hallway are the bedrooms and second lounge/rumpus room which is a fantastic retreat for the kids to have their own zone. The rooms are comfortably furnished with lovely bedding and with 4 bedrooms to choose from - there is plenty of room to spread out. There is a ensuite for the Master bedroom and main bathroom for the others to access. Main bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to keep you cool (not in bunk rooms due to safety). Please note - no aircon in bedrooms - Aircon is in the 2 living/lounge rooms. There's also a gym set up in the end room - please do not let children in here unsupervised. The kitchen is impressive and is full of all of the essentials to cook up a storm. Enjoy your family meal times together at the large dining table. Then relax on the lounges to watch Netflix.
