Stroll to Somer's Beach and Somer's General Store from this brand-new, light-filled home offers four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms across two levels, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Stylish interiors, open-plan living, and thoughtful comforts combine to create a welcoming space just minutes from the beach. With parking for up to four cars in the driveway and all the amenities you need. The spa can be heated from the months of September to April. The pool is not heated and is a freshwater system by Naked Pools.

A second living/rumpus room offers another space to spread out and relax, with Sonos Bluetooth speakers throughout the house. The house is warm in winter and cool in summer with a split system for climate control and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Outside, you'll find an electric BBQ for alfresco dining on warm evenings.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
