The entire upstairs of our home is a two bedroom self contained guest accommodation. Totaling 1100sq feet, there are two large bedrooms with queen beds and shared bathroom facilities featuring a bath, separate shower and separate toilet. An additional foldaway single bed can be setup in the lounge area to provide a more flexible sleeping arrangement if required (prior notice appreciated). Guests have their own comfortable lounge area that opens up onto a small balcony with north east views out to the Marine Parade and the sea. There's a modern kitchen and breakfast table area where guests can prepare and serve light meals or simply relax enjoying the extensive views. Includes: unlimited free WiFi, TV with Freeview, Netflix and Neon. Centrally located it is within easy reach of everything that Napier and Hawke's Bay has to offer.
Guests share our front door and main entrance area which leads to the stairwell and the upstairs guest accommodation. We live onsite in the rear ground floor area of the property. A shared laundry is available for guests if required.
We are centrally located up the hill from the city centre with a 10 minute walk down to the city and the Marine Parade and a 15 minute walk in the other direction to the bars, cafes and restaurants in Ahuriri. Taxis are readily available and are relatively inexpensive. A car would be essential to explore the wider attractions of Hawke's Bay. Onsite parking is available.
