Leading on from the open plan living area you can walk out onto the 1st level spacious L-shaped decking which is perfect for all your family & friends, where you can simply soak up the sun, enjoy a BBQ with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the extensive ocean views right across the entire bay to the harbour.
Proceeding down the hallway, you will find the main large modern bathroom, separate laundry (all necessities supplied), four bedrooms (main with walk in robe, wall mounted LCD and large modern ensuite) all of which offer a quiet nights sleep after a busy day at the beach, out shopping in one of the many retail shops or simply enjoying one of the many cafes or restaurants on offer in beautiful Apollo Bay.
