BEDROOMS
The Master Bedroom: Imagine waking up to the view of the ocean from your bed. This room is light filled and airy and features a Queen Bed and views of the Pacific ocean.
Bedroom 2: queen bed and built ins. (there is a baby portacot in these cupboards if required)
Bedroom 3: double bed with views to the ocean.
Bedroom 4: Two sets of bunks. Ideal for the kids! (would be a little cramped to have four adults in the bunks at the same time. See the picture of bedroom 4 and make up your own mind.)
As soon as you walk in you'll unwind and relax as you soak up the full ocean views from the deck and house.
Relax on the outdoor sofa and and take in the hang gliders flying over the ocean from the east facing deck.
Know if the surf is up from the comfort of your bed.
The beauty of Stanwell Park and its village of quaint shops and cafes.
Only 1 hour from Sydney yet you are surrounded by nature. There is a Stawell Park Train Station (1hr 4mins from Sydney Central Station).
LIVING
The open plan living room has glass and bi fold doors that seamlessly connect to the front deck and capture the view from the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge room offers a relaxed place to gather and features a TV, DVD player. Air ducted heating/cooling throughout house. Plus ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped to handle a wide range of cooking from elaborate to modest, so plan to feast. Features full stainless steel cooktop, range hood and oven with pans and pots to use.
The main bathroom has a full size tub with spa jets and separate shower.
The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
OUTDOORS
The open back deck offers full views of the Pacific ocean and beach and can comfortably fit the whole family and more for dinner and whale watching and hand gliding! Outdoor table and chairs and lounge.
Overlooking the lawn, you can watch over the kids and the view at the same time.
The front deck offers lots of space to sprawl out and a nice view of the garden. Fully enclosed, it is a safe space for kids.
In the winter months you can see the whales migrating from the deck and from the comfort of your bed!
THE LOCATION
This home is ideally located just a short stroll down to the beach. It is just a 5 minute walk from the village and yet is peacefully elevated allowing you the best views and giving you complete privacy.
An hour from Sydney, Stanwell Park beach is surrounded by lush parkland with BBQ areas, undercover seating, a kiosk and a new kids playground - it is the perfect spot for the whole family to picnic.
Head up to Bald Hill and watch the hang gliders or paragliders fly off the cliffs.
Venture further to the Sea Cliff Bridge and walk over for amazing views.
Stanwell Park is only 15minutes drive from Sutherland Shire (one hour drive from Sydney Domestic and International Airports). It is at the base of the Royal National Park and home to one of Australia’s most photographed surf beaches.
Watch whales, dolphins and boats passing by while hang-gliders cruise the air above.
There are a variety of patrolled and child friendly beaches (lagoons too) within a short driving distance or 10min walk.
Other local attractions are close by such as; Sea Cliff Bridge walk, Coalcliff ocean swimming pool, Helensburgh Swimming Pool, Helensburgh Golf Range, Scarbourgh Hotel, Bald Hill Look out, Bush Walking in the National Park, rowing in the National Park (Audley Boatshed).
The house is within walking distance to local amenities, nature, beaches and the best of coastal living is just moments away. You will love the setting surrounded by trees and greenery and breathtaking views of the beach.
