The home boasts an open-plan kitchen and family room, flowing effortlessly into a spacious lounge and an expansive outdoor patio and BBQ area—perfect for alfresco dining after a day on the water.
Designed for comfort and convenience, the property offers three well-appointed bedrooms (1 x King, 2 x Queen) along with a sunroom featuring two single beds and a sun lounge—ideal for children or additional guests. While the sunroom has reflective screening for privacy, please note it is not fitted with curtains or blinds.
