Streaming sunlight, polished hardwood floors throughout, well stocked bookshelves, and simple but stylish furnishings bring an uncluttered, fresh and relaxing feel.
Under the house is ample car parking, a laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and second shower. There is also a second separate toilet. This undercover space is practical and convenient for storing surfboards, boats and bikes, and for drying beach towels and wet suits. Its a cool refuge from the heat of the day.
