We have a booking lead time 1 day in order to schedule housekeeping & check-in requirements for the following day. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee a check-in time of 3pm for last-minute bookings, especially where there is a departing guest. EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

LONG STAYS
All stays 28+ nights must have at least one mid-stay cleaning service a month at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.

AFFILIATION WITH RECEPTION & BUILDING CONCIERGE
Where your property is located in a building with staff, please be advised that we are in no way affiliated with the operations of the building. Reception staff, building concierge and/or management will be unable to assist you with your booking in ANY capacity including baggage storage and key collection/drop off. APARTMENT WINDOW CLEANING
Window cleaning is the Owner's Corporation responsibility. They manage these services according to a set schedule. Unfortunately, we have no control over the state of the external windows at all and apologise in advance if you happen to book at a time where they are in a state that requires cleaning. To ensure your privacy during scheduled window cleaning, we kindly ask that blinds be drawn in areas where cleaners may be working outside.
