Summary: The first room they gave us there was an empty roll of toilet paper, and the toilet seat was up with urine visible on the bowl. The front desk clerk readily switched us to a new room - one that was probably an upgrade. There were some hairs on the pillows (which were awful), and the hot tub was filthy. The bathroom itself had been cleaned at least. The hot water was not hot enough. One of our towels had holes in it from wear. There was a black trash bag (presumably filled with trash?) sitting in the hallway on the way to our room. The stairwells were not vacuumed, and one had a mysterious liquid substance on one of the landings. The breakfast left a lot to be desired - we went out instead. We will not be back. The only pleasant parts of our stay were the front desk clerk, the upgrades they did to the room (very stylish), and good temperature control.
