This tinny space sits on an acre of land right outside of city limits. Its a perfect place to have a fire in the evening and wake up to the woods in the morning.
Its a 7 minute drive to The Historic district and a 15 minute drive to the Lazy E arena. There is plenty of space for a big rig to park.
The thoughtfully decorated space offers a covered porch with out door sitting area.
It's not luxurious, but this space can sustain you while away from home.
This is a 40 foot RV that has been updated to include:
40 gallon hot water heater, fresh paint, a standard home toilet and a custom tiled shower. The entire space is covered by a tin roof and includes a covered porch with a sitting area.
The RV is positioned to the rear of the main house on the property, which is also a rental. The property is 5 acres in total, so there is plenty of room to roam.
There is a shared laundry room space that all guests can use during their stay.
The laundry room is detached from the main house, and can be accessed from an outside door facing the RV.
The key will be hidden under an object near the front door.
I do not live on the property, but you might see me pop in to fix something at the other rental or make use of the laundry room. No need to interact, but I love meeting new people! I can always be reached via a message on the app!
I think you should be aware that the neighbors 2 dogs might come say hello when they are let out to relieve themselves. They are friendly. We have asked the neighbor to build a fence for the dogs, but this has not happened yet
Do not park on the grass. When it rains, the area around the RV gets very muddy. I would not want you to get stuck.
Bring your own laundry detergent. The laundry room is a shared space.
Pets are welcome upon approval only.
Additional guests must be registered and paid for before your stay. Parties are not welcome.
Additional people on the property will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Treat this space as it were your own, RV walls can scratch and puncture easily. Thank-you:)
