The space
Rooms: Our condo offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and is very spacious with a tv, large walk in closet (includes washer and dryer) and private bathroom attached. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, TV and a bathroom right across the hall. Both bathrooms have floor to ceiling walk in showers with plenty of space to get ready. The bedrooms and living room all feature tall ceilings and large windows allowing for plenty of natural light. There is also a pullout sofa sleeper available for use that has a memory foam mattress in it.
View: The view from the deck backs up to an open, private space and being on the 3rd floor allows for privacy and a beautiful view of the sunset and golf course off to the right.
Guest access
Guests will be sent the exact unit number and a secure code to enter the building and unit, prior to check in. You will also be given a parking spot number in the covered parking garage. Pool (in season) and Fitness Center access will be provided before check-in.
Other things to note
There will be a $500 deposit put on hold to cover any damages or theft. This will not be charged unless something is damaged, broken or stolen. We understand accidents happen, so if you break something please let us know and depending on the situation we can work something out.
In an effort to keep our condo clean and enjoyable for future guests, we do NOT allow pets or smoking inside the condo OR on the deck.
Please remember there are many units in the building, so while we hope you enjoy yourselves, please keep the music and noise to a minimum.
