This house boasts stunning views of Western Port Bay and Phillip Island. It is only a 4-minute walk to Somers South Beach, making it an ideal location for a coastal getaway. If you prefer to avoid the crowds in other parts of the Peninsula, this house is perfect for you.

The Perfect Family Beach House:

This place is ideal for families, as it has been set up keeping in mind the comfort of our three young kids and their cousins. It comprises three bedrooms with queen size beds and a compact fourth bedroom for kids, which features a standard bunk and a custom triple-decker bunk. Please note, a port-a-cot needs to be brought along, but a change-table and high chair are available on request.

The house has a sizable central bathroom with a bath and shower, and a small en-suite off the main bedroom. However, the standout feature is the outdoor bathroom that provides privacy while you shower or bathe under the open sky, surrounded by lush gardens.

The tropical garden has a bbq hut, cubby house, swing set, sandpit, north-facing veranda with seating for up to 8 people, fairy-lights, and a fire pit (if no fire restrictions).

The driveway has electronic gates and child-proof fencing on the front and side, with space for up to 4 cars

Back inside there is a downstairs lounge with aircon, fan and 55inch smart TV. As you make your way upstairs you are met with 180-degree views across the bay. This space still honours the 70s aesthetic of the house with vaulted timber-lined ceilings and slate kitchen bench. There is a solid oak dining table that comfortably sits 8, and at slight squeeze ten. There are 4 bar stools for bench top eating, and a mini kids table available on request. On the other opposite side is a large modular lounge and smart TV, Sonos sound bar & Apple TV (with Disney+ Netflix & Stan) for movie night. There are also Sonos speakers upstairs and down to play your tunes throughout the house.

The kitchen is well appointed with double oven, Miele electric cooktop & double dish drawer. The pantry is filled with tea, coffee, spices and cooking essentials. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and enough pods to get you started.

Worth noting that the kitchen is still very much rocking the 70s vibe, and as such the cupboard doors are a touch wonky and offer a bit of ‘rustic appeal’.

Other stuff;
We’ve got a cupboard with some kids toys and books. There are boardgames and there are also buckets and spades for the beach.

All bedlinen and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Full laundry with washer and dryer (and washing powder)

We use the house ourselves a lot, so you’ll notice it’s only available for limited holiday periods during the year.

Guest access;
You'll easily fit 4 cars in the driveway. Parking on street is available as well. Beach and cafe are walking distance.
