Bedlinen is of a high quality and towels are from Sheridan.
We are currently painting the exterior so please excuse the colour samples dotted around the property.
Yard is secure for the kids but strictly no pets.
Netflix is included but there is no WIFI.
There is a separate laundry out the back with washing machine and small drinks fridge.
Kitchen is new with all stainless steel appliances and there is a gas Weber BBQ
There is a fire pit at the back end of the yard to enjoy those beautiful starry nights.
The single car garage is NOT included in the rental.
South Durras is not on town water so it needs to be used sparingly and showers kept to a 2 minute maximum.

We are less than a 4 minute walk to beautiful cookies beach
A small corner shop for the yummiest fish and chips only a small distance away.
Murramarang resort is a short drive or 10 min walk away and here you can have a drink at the bar or have dinner at the restaurant.
Within 5 minutes walking distance you will find a kids skate park, bike track/playing fields.
We are only a short 10 minute drive to Batemans Bay where you will find a shopping centre Coles/Woolworths and restaurants.
You can also hire from Bay and Beyond kayaks and SUPs or they can organise a kayak sunset tour.
Murramarang National Park is close by and is filled with beautiful beaches, surfing, mountain biking, bush walks, kayaking and nature.
