The stylish round dining table and chairs accommodates 4 people. A glass door takes you out to a covered balcony with its own table setting for 2 people and a leafy outlook, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. Back inside, the apartment’s kitchen comes equipped with a 4-burner gas cooktop, an under-bench electric oven, a compact Omega dishwasher, good-sized fridge/freezer, coffee maker and all the usual amenities.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with block-out blinds for sleep-ins and built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own portable oil heater, while the 2nd bedroom comes with 2 single beds, a wall-mounted smart TV and a fan. The apartment’s renovated bathroom has a full-sized bath and overhead shower with a modern glass screen. It’s also home to a Bosch combined washing machine/dryer and drying rack.

Situated just 4 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD (Downtown) South Yarra is an up-market, leafy suburb, home to the vibrant shopping, eatery and nightlife hubs of Toorak Road Yarra and Chapel Street – both strolling distance away. Enjoy a scenic walk around the famous ‘Tan Track’, which circles The Botanical Gardens, about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, as are the Yarra River trails. Fawkner Park is also a short walk away.
Getting Around:
The apartment comes with its own undercover parking space, but if you prefer public transport, it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the bus stop on Darling Street where you can catch regular bus services to Melbourne’s CBD (Downtown), Southbank and Crown Casino via The Arts Precinct. Alternatively, the South Yarra train station is a 7 minute walk from the apartment

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-inprocess.
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
