Spacious upside-down style home, custom built for comfortable family living. The first floor includes a large family room with a queen-size sofa bed, TV with surround sound, ice maker, dishwasher, and sink. A sliding glass door transitions the family room to a covered porch with outdoor furniture and a private heated pool. An outside shower and gas grill are included in the fenced in pool area. Tenants are permitted to store bikes and beach items in the detached garage, but there is not enough room for a car due to items being stored (extra refrigerator in the garage, too). Three bedrooms on first floor and all have access to full bathrooms (1 tub/shower, and 2 stall showers) and outside porches. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, and 1 bedroom has a twin over double bunk and twin trundle bed. The top bunk has a weight limit of 200lbs. A utility room with a front loading washer and dryer and extra refrigerator completes the first floor. The second floor includes an open great room and gourmet kitchen with a six burner stove, pot filler, microwave drawer, wine cooler, oversized refrigerator, and multi-level granite counter top/breakfast bar. The dining area provides seating for twelve. A sliding glass door leads to the front sun deck with views of the dunes and a peek of the bay. There is a guest bedroom and a hallway stall shower bathroom. The huge master bedroom with a king-size bed has a slider to a small porch and a private bathroom with two sinks, and large stall shower. Outdoor furniture is included on all decks and porches, and around the pool. The owner will leave some beach tags for tenant use. Weekly pool service on Saturday. Beach access through dune paths on either 48th or 50th Street (boogie board beach). Sorry, no pets.
