The Space:
Bedroom with floor to ceiling mirrored built ins, King bed, workspace with desk, fast wifi. Living space very comfortable lounge suite, 55 inch television. Large sash windows. Bathroom comes with washing machine and dryer, with bath and shower. Kitchen renovated with marble bench tops and dishwasher, fully stocked. Security building with ornate detailing, minutes from everything including transport, St. Vincent's hospital, coles, bars, restaurants, and Rushcutters bay marina and park. Thick walls and very quiet.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Everywhere in apartment, one door is locked. (Making it a one BR apartment).
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Potts Point is the heart of Sydney's cafe society. Very safe, very central. No better place for a weekender or longer term stays.
Getting Around:
Kings cross train station a hop away.
Buses regular.
Uber very easy.
Wilsons car park 2 streets back and street parking where available.
Walking distance to everything, no need for a car to get around the CBD!
Other Things to Note:
The downstairs buzzer is temperamental, strata is trying to fix but may need to go downstairs to greet guests if they buzz up.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
