With its high ceilings and crisp white walls this home feels fresh and light. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a picturesque, semi-rural setting, it sets the tone to unwind and get back to nature.
The front living room has a large window looking out to the leafy street and is comfortably furnished with two generous sofas and a large wall-mounted TV, as well as an overhead fan. The servery-style window into the kitchen / dining area lends a feeling of added space.
The newly renovated kitchen is well-equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, as well as an induction hob. An air-conditioning unit will keep you cool in summer, and there are comfortable stools at the benchtop and at the wall-mounted meals counter opposite. Sliding doors open from the kitchen to the vast covered deck that overlooks the huge garden. There’s lounge seating as well as a dining suite seating 8 and a BBQ. Overhead fans will keep you comfortable. It’s a terrific space for family gatherings and for watching children play out on the lawn which extends into local bushland.
The master bedroom has a King bed, walk-in wardrobe and its own modern ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. It benefits from air-conditioning. The second bedroom is also a King, has built-in wardrobes and a ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light floods through the large window. The third twin bedroom has a ceiling fan and BIRs. These two share the family bathroom with its vanity area, shower and separate bathtub and a separate toilet. All linen is provided.
A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer sits conveniently downstairs. All appliances can be run during the day on solar, the washing machine heats its own water and the heat pump tumble dryer is energy efficient. With LED lights, eco-friendly toiletries and toilet paper, insulation and draft-stoppers, the house takes its sustainability goals seriously.
