Our spacious beach house has been beautifully restored inside and out. Ideal for families who like to spread out, chill out and feel secure.
The home’s clever design is suited to those who crave the sun, sand and holiday lifestyle. You will spend most of your time poolside in the private alfresco area, dining, barbequing or simply relaxing. When you’re done for the day, retreat to the media room, dim the lights and watch your favorite sport, series or movie on our 75” tv.
The space
Families will love being spoilt for choice with the multiple living and entertaining areas internally and externally.
Downstairs features a formal dining area, media room and casual open plan living area just off the contemporary kitchen.
The kitchen includes two built in ovens, electric cooktop, dishwasher and additional breakfast bar. The large open plan kitchen flows out onto the outdoor alfresco area and enables you a full view of the pool (to keep an eye on the kids while inside) and of course makes entertaining a breeze. The stylish window design maximizes the amount of natural light' giving the whole home a feeling of space and tranquility.
The laundry is located on the ground floor, and has an additional shower and toilet.
Upstairs has another large living area with air conditioning (the perfect parents retreat), a small office nook and a spacious balcony overlooking the front yard with valley views and epic arvo sunsets.
All four bedrooms are located upstairs, all with built in robes, ceiling fans and secure windows making the rooms bright and offering beautiful views of the outside yards.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, ensuite and air conditioning.
The 2nd bedroom has a queens-size bed and small private balcony.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds but can be adjoined to create king on request.
The 4th bedroom is the smallest room and has a trundle bed and is best suited for children.
The main upstairs bathroom has a huge free-standing tub, separate shower and toilet.
The private and tropical in ground saltwater swimming pool can be found at the rear of the property; its underwater lights are perfect for a swim after the sun goes down. The pool is surrounded by a comfortable sunning deck, lush tropical gardens and an outdoor shower.
The property is fully secured with a sliding front gate for car access. You can comfortably park 4 cars securely on the property, 2 under cover, and there is ample street parking.
You will absolutely feel like you are on holiday!
IMPORTANT: Please note no parties or events are allowed, including hens, engagements and weddings. We only allow the number of people booked at the house at any one time unless otherwise arranged with us.
