Summary: Older style house. Lovely front deck overlooking the large front garden, which the dogs loved (front gate might not be suitable for very small dogs). Great views of the countryside from the smaller deck out the back. The smaller bedrooms could benefit from blockout blinds or curtains (there are curtains in the king room) and a couple of the flywire screens need repairs. The BBQ was a bit rusty so required some cleaning but the outdoor eating area is set up well with lighting. The back fence is half-height so not suitable for dogs who jump. We had to block the sides of the yard to prevent the dogs going there (there isn't much backyard anyway), but side fences would be helpful. Ten minute walk to the shop and beach. Quiet area, when the neighbours' dogs weren't barking.
