Summary: AC unit was broken in room. Water pressure in sink was non existent. Lots of wear and tear on surfaces throughout. Black scuffs on table tops, white stains on sofa, mildew in shower. Broken toilet seat that would pinch your skin when sat on. Multiple hairs on bedding. Funky smell upon entering the room. I stay at this particular location a handful of times a year and this was the first visit I have left extremely underwhelmed.
