Positive: magic water views, perfect location.

Negative: Oven was a little difficult to work out how to use, one heated worked fine, rear deck ideally could be extended a few meters out. Main boat ramp requires lighting FYI if you could pass this onto local council ?

Summary: All in all was a great location, comfortable, friendly people greeting each morning.
