Comfortable modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom family home only 200m walk to the beach with parklands and playground opposite. 1hr drive from Sydney, would suit families or couples.
Please note this is our family's permanent residence. We like to offer our house for short stays on Airbnb. The house is not suitable for parties and contains our personal belongings, we trust that you will respect our privacy.

Bed 1: Double bed, shared ensuite and private covered balcony with ocean and mountain views.
Bed 2: Double bed with shared ensuite.
Bed 3: Double bed, ocean/escarpment views shared ensuite.
Bed 4: Queen bed, ocean/escarpment views shared ensuite.
Room 1 and 2 share interconnecting bathroom
Room 3 and 4 share interconnecting bathroom.
The third Bathroom is near the living areas. Living areas are all open plan.
