St Marks Church provides unique, self-contained accommodation in a heritage sandstone building.

The space is a perfect blend of old and new, with the original stained-glass windows and architecture of the church perfectly complemented by modern amenities and comfortable furnishings.
The location is perfect for a stay in Adelaide - many shops and cafes, are within walking distance. We are set in the leafy suburb of Maylands which is adjacent to Norwood - one of Adelaide’s most popular dining and shopping districts.
Major events and the city centre are less than 10’ away by bus or car. It’s perfect for access to sporting events, music concerts, theatre and all the major festivals.
The generous living space (150 sq) is totally private. You have your own separate wing with separate driveway and entrance. It also includes a private outdoor space for your exclusive use.

Answer: 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds & a single day bed = 4 beds in total. Ideal for 3 couples (6) or 3 singles. 2 bedrooms are downstairs next to the 1 bathroom the third very large bedroom is upstairs via a spiral staircase

Question. How old is the building?
Answer: Building work on St Marks Anglican Church commenced in 1902. In 1992 the building was converted to a large home. 1n 1995 we purchased the home for our family and in 2010 we converted it to a building suitable for short stay accommodation and have been improving it every year since. Most of the accommodation fees are re-invested in the building and garden. We aim to preserve the heritage of the building while providing contemporary facilities for quests.
